When choosing a trampoline, pay attention to its quality, size, ease of storage and use, and elasticity. Children should choose a children's trampoline, not an adult version. The trampoline should be placed away from windows (if living in a high-rise building) and furniture, and at least half a meter away from the wall.

The bounce surface of a trampoline is commonly made of three-layer PVC mesh fabric, which is elastic, soft, and washable. Multiple thick black threads are sewn around the elastic fabric to connect to strong springs to prevent tearing. The bounce structure uses triangular buckles and springs for strong elasticity. Some products have foldable frames for easy storage. The leg tubes are substantial, with rubber bottoms for shock absorption. The outer packaging is quite large, reaching up to 50 inches.

When purchasing, ensure the product meets relevant safety standards, such as European standard EN7-14:2018. It is recommended that children over 6 years old use trampolines under adult supervision. Only one person should use it at a time, and safety nets and spring pads should be used correctly. Do not perform high-risk maneuvers such as somersaults on the trampoline. Trampolines should be placed on soft, energy-absorbing surfaces (such as grass), away from hard surfaces and obstacles.
