The metal frame is typically made of galvanized steel pipes or aluminum alloy, undergoing welding, polishing, and rust-proofing to ensure load-bearing capacity and durability. The mesh surface is the core of the trampoline, composed of four layers: a skin-friendly soft rubber surface, a second layer of super nylon for elasticity, a third layer of break-resistant rubber, and a fourth layer of soft rubber cushioning. The springs undergo rigorous tensile testing to ensure they can withstand tens of thousands of jumps without breaking.

 

The production of smart trampolines is even more complex. In addition to traditional components, sensors, circuit boards, and displays need to be installed.
