To replace the middle fabric of the folding trampoline, you must first make preliminary preparations, and then proceed with operations such as disassembling the old fabric, installing new fabric, and fixing and debugging. During the operation, you must prepare the corresponding tools and pay attention to safety.
1. Preparatory work
1) Prepare a new trampoline cloth that matches the size of the trampoline, usually the trampoline diameter or brand model. You also need to prepare a wrench corresponding to the screw specifications, non-slip and anti-scratch gloves, and a marker to mark the installation position of the old cloth.
2) Move the trampoline to a flat and open area, unfold and fix the bracket to prevent it from folding and popping open, and disconnect any possible suspension ropes and other parts.
2. Disassemble the old trampoline cloth
1) Use a marker to mark the connection point between the old cloth and the spring or hook, like "the left front spring corresponds to 1 point on the edge of the cloth" to ensure that the new cloth is installed in the same position.
2) Starting from one end, remove the hooks of the old cloth and the spring in sequence. Some trampolines have the spring directly hooked on the edge of the cloth. If the spring is tight, use a wrench or pliers to gently pry it. Be careful not to damage the spring.
3) After all the connection points are removed, take out the old cloth from between the brackets and clean the dust and debris on the trampoline frame.
3. Install new trampoline cloth
1) Place the new cloth flat on the trampoline frame, and initially connect the cloth edge buckle and the corresponding spring hook according to the marked position. First, hang 4 diagonal points to prevent the cloth surface from shifting.
2) Starting from one corner, connect the spring and the cloth edge buckle in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction. After hanging a circle, gently pull the cloth surface to make the tension even and avoid local excessive tightening that will deform the cloth surface.
3) After hanging all the springs, gently press the center of the cloth surface with your hand to check if there is any slack or uneven tension. If there is any problem, fine-tune the spring hook position.

4. Fixing and Debugging
1) If the trampoline has additional fixing straps, install it according to the instructions to ensure that the cloth surface and the frame fit tightly.
2) Slowly apply light pressure, such as standing on the edge and jumping lightly, to check whether the cloth surface is shaking and whether the spring has fallen off. If there is any problem, repeat the adjustment steps.
3) Arrange the trampoline support, return the folded part to its original position, and clean the tools and old cloth.

Note: The size of the new cloth must completely match the old cloth, including the diameter and the number of buckles on the edge of the cloth, otherwise it cannot be installed; do not pull the spring hard during installation to prevent spring deformation or damage to the trampoline frame; if the trampoline has a safety net, check whether the connection between the safety net and the new cloth is firm.
