This trampoline is designed for indoor fitness training, low-impact exercise, weight management programs, and rehabilitation-style bouncing activities.

The octagon design provides a stable structure and a larger usable jumping area compared with many traditional round designs. This professional fitness trampoline is available in two sizes: 48 inches (about 122cm) and 51 inches (about 130cm).

The spacious jumping mat allows adults to perform different exercises comfortably, including HIIT, aerobics, weight loss training, and low-impact bouncing exercises. The elastic mat helps absorb impact, reducing pressure on joints compared with exercising on hard floors.

The U-shaped handle can be adjusted through 3-5 levels to fit different user heights. It provides additional support during workouts. The foam-covered grip is soft, comfortable, and designed to reduce slipping during exercise.

The trampoline uses high-tension elastic ropes instead of traditional springs. This design significantly reduces noise compared with spring models, making it suitable for apartment use and indoor training at different times of the day.

The frame is made from thickened high-carbon steel or stainless steel, providing strong support and durability. The standard model supports up to 150kg (330lbs), while reinforced models support up to 200kg (440lbs).

Safety features include full padded edges and multiple non-slip suction feet pads. These structures help improve stability and reduce unwanted movement during exercise.

Some models support folding, allowing users to fold the trampoline in half and store it under a bed, inside a wardrobe, or in other storage areas.
